          This depends on you needs. An Omni-Directional gives you broad coverage all around, while directional antennas give you more distance in a specific direction.

          There are WiFi antennas and Cellular antennas but not combo antennas for both WiFi and Cellular.

          dB is the gain on an antenna. The higher the gain the more distance you typically get.
