Our product description pages show the weight of each product. This is MAY NOT be the actual shipping weight. This "weight" is used by us to calculate the shipping charge. Many times we set weight so that we have a fair shipping charge which includes packing materials, boxes, etc. Some weights include dimensional up-charges by the USPS or UPS for large packages. We will make every attempt to NOT overcharge on shipping.
International Orders
We only accept orders directly from the shopping cart. In order for us to ship internationally you must check-out through the cart and be able to pay via listed credit cards, PayPal or TT wire transfer to complete payment. Contact us for bank information.
We only do direct bank account transfers for large orders over $1000.00 at no additional bank fee. If you wish to do a direct bank transfer for an order under $1000.00 then you will have to pay the incoming wire fee of $20 that we incur. Please contact us for bank wire transfer information and include this fee in your total wire transfer amount.
Due to UPS (United Parcel Service) very high brokerage fees for Customs we recommend you ship US Express Mail. This option has tracking and is insured and recommended for any order over $50 US. US Priority Mail or 1st Class rate have no tracking, no insurance, and can take much longer to arrive based on how fast or slow your country’s customs service handles it. So, expect with these two services that the delivery will take 2-4 weeks average. If time is sensitive and you want true tracking and guaranteed delivery times then we suggest only using UPS for shipping.
Finally, please note that there are certain countries we will not ship to regardless of payment. Please contact us first if you have any questions relating to that.
Shipping Options
The choices for shipping are UPS and US 1st Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. There will be times when we will have to reserve the right to choose an alternative method of shipping, and we will notify you of any changes. We cannot be responsible for any US Mail packages that are lost after delivery. If the Delivery Confirmation number for the packages shows "Delivered" and you do not have the package, you need to speak to your local mail carrier or local Postmaster. We have no other information to provide you on this and so you must ask the PO where they left the package. Please do not call or email us because we will not have anything else to check on. Priority Mail is NOT tracked so keep that in mind for more expensive shipments! All UPS shipments are insured and tracked so, if there is any damage during shipping, email or call us immediately so we can process the insurance claim. If you accept and sign for a damaged box, it is your responsibility to save all the packing materials and box for UPS inspection. Failure to keep your packing material will void any possibility for us processing a UPS claim and replacing your product! So please keep this in mind for any shipment received to retain all pack materials until everything in the package is fully inspected!
UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses.
UPS does not pick up on Saturday or Sunday (Saturday delivery only with higher priced service, no pickup)
If there are any problems processing your order (e.g., payment, processing) we will send an email notification and the order may be held until a response is received.
We will make every effort to ship your in-stock order out as quickly as possible (same day or within 2 days) but we will not jump orders ahead of others just because you select Express Mail or Next Day Air shipping! All orders are processed in the order they are received.
We will generally only ship complete orders. If your order includes an item on backorder, we will contact you regarding the backordered item with a choice of holding the order until the backordered items are available or removing the backordered item from the order.
