This is an outdoor WiFi signal receiver booster kit. Everything you would need to receive signals from up to 3 miles away. The particular set up has had great reviews by users using open signals of near by coffee shops, fast food restaurants and even friendly neighbors who allow them to use their Wi-Fi. Our flat panel is built tough to withstand years of weather mounted on a pole or mast. It is 14dBi and has a directional reception cone of 32 degrees wide.
The antenna focuses the reception power of the popular Alfa 1000mW USB adapter based on the Realtek 8187L chipset. It provides a full watt of power and is compatible with all operating systems including Windows, Mac and plug and play with Linux. A cd is included in the box and the drivers can be uploaded on our main site under the customer service tab. NOTE: A cable extension is needed between the Panel Patch and the Alfa 1000mW. Choose your cable length and type above.
AWUS036H does not support Mac OS 10.6.7 and later versions.
